Salary: $78,000 - $145,000/year
Bonus: $15,000 sign-on for eligible external hires

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to patients with both cardiac and neurological needs

• Assess and monitor vital signs, EKGs, and neuro status while anticipating changes in condition

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses to ensure seamless, high-quality care

• Lead patient education efforts and support families through complex diagnoses and treatments

• Stay sharp with continuous learning and contribute to process improvements and team mentorship

• Maintain rigorous safety standards and documentation protocols to ensure excellent outcomes

• Support a culture of dignity, inclusivity, and excellence across your team and unit

What We're Looking For

Required:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Current Washington State RN license
BLS certification (AHA)
NRP certification (AAP)
Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience (post-residency)

Preferred:
At least 1 year of recent experience in Cardiac Med/Surg or Telemetry (not including student clinicals or new grad residencies)
National certification in telemetry, cardiac care, or relevant specialty
