This is a full-time, onsite leadership role overseeing 24-hour operations of a busy perinatal unit.

🩺 What Youll Be Responsible For

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the Labor & Delivery unit

• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with evidence-based standards

• Manage staffing, performance, and resource allocation to maintain optimal unit flow

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies

• Serve as a key liaison between departments to promote collaboration and continuity of care

• Promote staff development, continuing education, and team engagement

Requirements

• Active Nevada RN license in good standing

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

• Current certifications: BCLS, ACLS, and NRP

• 2+ years of direct clinical experience in Labor & Delivery

• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a hospital or acute care setting

• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage shift priorities, and foster a positive culture
