What We're Looking For:

• Active North Carolina RN license (Required)

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (Required)

• BLS & NRP Certification (Required)

• Master's Degree (Preferred)

• 2+ years in nurse management (Preferred)

What You'll Do:

• Provide 24/7 leadership for Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery/NICU units

• Manage clinical operations, nursing quality, budgeting, and staffing strategies

• Develop policies, protocols, and performance objectives that drive quality care

• Champion patient-centered care, staff development, and compliance excellence

• Collaborate with leadership teams to align goals with hospital-wide initiatives

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth of clinical staff

• Serve as both a strategic leader and a compassionate advocate for women's health
