Your Day-to-Day
  • Lead pricing models, risk frameworks, and underwriting strategies for the core product
  • Manage all filings and state compliance, starting in Texas and scaling nationally
  • Guide data-driven enhancements by working with internal teams and actuarial/tech partners
  • Partner with distribution and growth leaders to inform new market entry strategies
  • Build and mentor the growing insurance ops team as the company scales
  • Serve as the insurance voice across cross-functional decisions in a collaborative, startup-style environment
What You Bring
  • At least 5 years in auto insurance, with strong knowledge of non-standard segments
  • Hands-on experience leading pricing, filings, or underwriting teams
  • Familiarity with regulatory landscapes in Texas, Florida, or similar non-standard-heavy states
  • A balance of analytical mindset (Excel, SQL familiarity is helpful) and operational execution
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, unstructured environment where solutions are built quickly
  • Bonus if you speak Spanish or have worked with underserved customer bases
