HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Client Solutions Associates to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this client-facing startup operations and research role.
This opportunity is designed for highly motivated professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and demonstrate strong ownership over project execution and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client research projects from intake through completion
- Identify, recruit, and coordinate subject matter experts aligned with client needs
- Build strong relationships with both clients and industry experts
- Maintain high service quality and responsiveness throughout project lifecycles
- Conduct outreach and sourcing activities using internal and external channels
- Track engagement metrics, project outcomes, and expert network performance
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to improve workflows and user experience
- Translate real-time client feedback into operational and platform improvements
- Operate efficiently in a high-growth, startup-driven environment with shifting priorities
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0–4 years of professional experience (strong new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Client-facing mindset with strong professionalism
- Ability to operate independently and solve problems proactively
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Stable and consistent employment or academic history
- Authorized to work in the United States or eligible for visa sponsorship

- Customer success, account management, or client support background

HireNow Package
Base Salary: $72,000 annually
Location: Hybrid | San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY
Schedule:
- Hybrid work structure
- 3 days in-office / 2 days remote weekly
- Up to 5 weeks fully remote annually
Compensation Enhancements:
- Fully uncapped monthly bonus structure
- Bonus hurdle payout begins after quota achievement
- Top performers earning additional $2,000–$3,000+ monthly
