HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Founding GTM professionals to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these high-impact AI healthcare startup sales opportunities.
This role is built for aggressive, high-output sales professionals who thrive in fast-moving startup environments and can independently own territory growth from first outreach through signed partnership agreements. Candidates must demonstrate strong full-cycle sales execution, startup-level urgency, and the ability to build trust quickly with healthcare providers and administrators.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute territory growth strategy across assigned U.S. regions
- Drive full-cycle sales activity including prospecting, cold outreach, presentations, follow-up, negotiations, and contract execution
- Build strong relationships with specialty clinics, providers, administrators, and healthcare decision-makers
- Maintain a highly active pipeline while managing outreach cadence independently
- Navigate complex stakeholder conversations and overcome objections effectively
- Coordinate post-sale onboarding handoff to implementation teams
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline reporting
- Travel extensively throughout assigned territories to support growth initiatives
- Represent the organization professionally in both virtual and in-person meetings
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
- 1–5 years of full-cycle sales experience within fast-growing Series A, B, or C startup environments
- Proven experience as a founding GTM, Growth, or early commercial hire within a startup
- Demonstrated ownership of the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close
- Prior BDR-to-AE promotion experience with post-promotion quota ownership strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% throughout the United States
- Strong organizational and pipeline management capabilities
- Stable and consistent employment history
- Authorized to work in the United States (No visa sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)
- Healthcare, healthtech, AI, SaaS, or startup sales experience
- Experience selling into provider groups, clinics, or healthcare organizations
- CRM experience with HubSpot or similar platforms
- Founding sales or entrepreneurial background
- Demonstrated success exceeding quota in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of startup operating environments and rapid execution cycles

- Base Salary: $150,000
- On-Target Earnings: Approximately $330,000+ uncapped
