The Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is partnering with an Am Law 100 firm to identify a seasoned and skilled Real Estate Associate to join its national, high-growth real estate practice. This role is designed for attorneys who want exposure to complex, high-value transactions, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to grow within a sophisticated platform handling work at scale.
This position offers exceptional compensation reflective of the practices complexity, client base, and expectations. The firm is seeking an associate who brings both strong technical execution and the judgment required to manage complex, fast-moving transactions.
Role Overview
As a Real Estate Associate, you will work on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and joint ventures. You will collaborate closely with partners, senior associates, and clients across a national footprint, contributing meaningfully to deal strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate combines big-law transactional training, strong academic credentials, and the confidence to manage significant responsibility with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
To be considered for interview, candidates must demonstrate the ability to:

Lead and support complex commercial real estate transactions from diligence through closing

Handle acquisitions and dispositions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements

Conduct and analyze title, survey, zoning, and due diligence reviews, identifying and resolving risk

Structure and document real estate financing transactions, including lender and borrower-side work
-
Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements and related deal documentation
-
Support development projects, coordinating across legal, business, and third-party stakeholders
-
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, lenders, opposing counsel, and internal teams
-
Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining precision and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:

3–6 years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience

Experience gained at a large or national law firm (boutique-only backgrounds will not be considered)

Strong academic credentials with law school GPA above 3.0 (minimum)

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
-
Missouri Bar admission or ability to waive in via UBE
-
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Emphasized)
Candidates with the following experience will receive priority consideration:

Meaningful experience with joint ventures and real estate financing

Exposure to large-scale development projects, including mixed-use or industrial assets

Data center development experience (highly preferred, but not required)

Experience supporting national or institutional real estate clients

Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating effectively within deal teams
Candidates with slightly more senior experience than the stated range may also be considered if their background aligns with the practices needs.
