HireNow Snapshot
The CDL-A Regional Driver will support regional freight operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and timely transportation services. Drivers will operate within a home-weekly environment while servicing dedicated lanes and maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations.
Transportation Operations
- Safely transport freight between assigned regional destinations.
- Maintain on-time delivery performance and customer service standards.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
- Operate efficiently while managing varying schedules and delivery requirements.
Freight Responsibilities
- Handle no-touch freight operations.
- Utilize drop-and-hook freight movements.
- Average approximately 2,200 miles per week.
- Support regional lanes between North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
- Complete weekly 34-hour resets.
- Maintain professionalism while supporting customer expectations.
- Operate within schedules that may include extended driving days and varying start times.

Compensation
- Weekly Earnings: $1,265 – $1,479
- Annual Earnings: $65,793 – $76,958
