HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Business Operations Lead on behalf of a valued client partner in the AI-native security platform sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this Business Operations Lead opportunity.
We are seeking an analytically sharp, execution-focused operator with a proven background in strategy, finance, consulting, investment banking, or business operations. This individual must be capable of working cross-functionally, solving complex business problems, and helping leadership scale operations during a significant growth phase.
Candidates with unstable or frequently changing employment history will not be considered. We are prioritizing professionals with strong tenure, upward progression, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead rollout, adoption, and optimization of usage-based pricing strategies across internal teams and customer-facing functions
- Own monthly business reviews, financial reporting packages, and executive-level board materials
- Build forecasting models related to pipeline performance, revenue trends, funnel efficiency, and marketing ROI
- Partner closely with Finance, GTM, Product, and Leadership teams to drive strategic decision-making
- Analyze unit economics, gross margin trends, cost-to-serve, and operational leverage opportunities
- Manage and execute cross-functional initiatives such as compliance readiness, vendor transitions, systems optimization, and internal scaling efforts
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Improve business processes, reporting accuracy, and operating cadence across departments
- Support special projects tied to growth planning, resource allocation, and long-range strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or equivalent analytical roles
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis capabilities
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including CAC, LTV, pipeline conversion, churn, payback period, and funnel efficiency
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth environments with minimal oversight
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership
- Demonstrated history of ownership, accountability, and cross-functional execution
- Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered
- Bachelor's degree required from a highly regarded university or equivalent academic pedigree
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)
- Prior experience with top-tier consulting or finance firms such as MBB, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Blackstone, or similar organizations
- Startup operating experience within Seed, Series A, Series B, or other high-growth environments
- Experience launching or optimizing pricing models, especially usage-based or recurring revenue models
- Exposure to cybersecurity, AI, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS businesses
- Former founder or operator who helped build 0-to-1 go-to-market systems with measurable traction
- Combination of advisory background plus in-house operating experience at technology companies
- Strong systems thinking and ability to connect finance, strategy, and execution functions

HireNow Package
- Base Salary: $175,000 – $225,000
