HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting eight seasoned, highly skilled Territory Sales Representatives on behalf of a valued client partner in the healthcare AI startup sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these Territory Sales Representative opportunities.
We are seeking driven, field-oriented sales professionals who can own a territory end-to-end, build trusted relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and close business in a fast-paced growth environment. This is a true hunter role requiring resilience, accountability, travel flexibility, and a competitive mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan designed to exceed revenue targets
- Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach through discovery, presentations, objection handling, negotiation, and close
- Prospect new specialty clinics, medical groups, and healthcare decision-makers within assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with providers, practice managers, administrators, and operational leaders
- Clearly communicate product value in a transparent, consultative, and results-focused manner
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and follow-up discipline
- Travel regularly within territory for in-person meetings, demos, events, and closing opportunities
- Partner with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding after sale
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to leadership
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
- 1–10 years of experience in sales or other high-performance environments with measurable achievement
- Proven ability to perform in competitive, goal-driven, or demanding settings (sales, athletics, military, entrepreneurship, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex ideas and earn trust quickly
- Highly self-motivated with ownership mindset and disciplined pipeline management habits
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based remote environment
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time (3–4 days per week)
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
- Strong organization, accountability, and follow-through
- Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)
- Experience in high-volume, full-cycle sales environments
- Healthcare, medtech, healthtech, clinic sales, or provider-facing sales experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems
- Startup or seed-stage company experience
- Evidence of exceptional performance in athletics, entrepreneurship, or other elite environments
- Experience managing geographic territories independently
- Strong closing instincts with consultative selling style

- Base Salary: $100,000
- On-Target Earnings: Approximately $250,000
- Additional Compensation: Equity + benefits package
