HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a Clinical Mobility & Orthopedic Recovery Specialist to join one of our valued client partners in Swedesboro, New Jersey. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about restoring mobility, reducing pain, and helping patients safely return to the activities that matter most.
Working within a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation environment, you'll provide individualized orthopedic care while partnering with physicians and rehabilitation professionals to improve functional outcomes. Whether treating post-operative patients, orthopedic injuries, or movement impairments, you'll have the opportunity to deliver evidence-based care in a setting that values quality treatment, professional development, and long-term patient success.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional movement evaluations.
- Develop individualized rehabilitation programs that improve mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and functional independence.
- Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation treatments utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional movement techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on measurable clinical outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding injury prevention, body mechanics, wellness strategies, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.
- Promote exceptional patient experiences through compassionate communication and individualized care.
- Support a positive team culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain New Jersey licensure before employment.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy degree.
- Strong orthopedic rehabilitation assessment and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Ability to independently manage patient caseloads while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Must currently reside within commuting distance of Swedesboro, New Jersey, or be prepared to relocate independently before employment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience.
- New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
- Experience treating post-operative orthopedic patients and sports-related injuries.
- Manual therapy, dry needling, or orthopedic specialty certifications.
- Experience developing individualized return-to-function programs.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, commercial insurance documentation, and rehabilitation compliance.
- Stable employment history demonstrating professionalism and continued clinical growth.
HireNow Package
- Compensation: $85,000–$126,000 annually
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
