About the Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare logistics startup seeking its first dedicated Product Managera foundational hire who will shape how the platform scales across enterprise health systems. This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and brings structure, clarity, and excellence to complex workflow products.
You will translate real-world hospital operations into intuitive, reliable software that helps clinical and logistics teams move safely, efficiently, and confidently. The work is deeply collaborative, fast-paced, and meaningful ideal for a PM who enjoys solving intricate problems in environments where reliability and safety truly matter.
How You'll Work
You will work across two core engineering squads, influencing both product direction and technical evolution:
Experience Squad (Primary Team)
-
Own the hospital-facing experience, user workflows, and operational tools.
-
Partner with users and internal teams to scale support for multi-hospital systems and expanding use cases.
Platform Squad
-
Collaborate with the CTO/CPO to ensure architectural alignment and platform robustness.
-
Support integrations, infrastructure, and core system capabilities critical for enterprise growth.
A Note on Design
This team intentionally operates without a full-time designer. You'll use a modular design system and your own strong UX instincts to create clear, buildable flows and prototypes. PMs who can confidently articulate workflow-driven UX will be set up for success.
What You'll Do
Drive Discovery & Insight with Hospital Partners
-
Lead structured conversations with clinical, administrative, and operational stakeholders.
-
Map real-world workflows, operational constraints, and performance expectations.
-
Build long-term relationships with enterprise partners and influence how they adopt the platform.
Turn Complexity into Clear Product Direction
-
Convert ambiguous inputs into crisp PRDs, specs, user flows, and prototypes.
-
Use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Figma/Make to rapidly de-risk concepts.
-
Define success metrics and acceptance criteria grounded in operational outcomes.
Own the Product Lifecycle End-to-End
-
Prioritize workloads across both engineering squads with clear reasoning and sequencing.
-
Unblock engineers through rapid feedback loops and decision-making.
-
Partner with Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure real-world adoption and measurable impact.
-
Instrument product usage and iterate quickly based on insights.
Build Lightweight, Scalable Product Processes
-
Establish repeatable yet flexible approaches to discovery, prototyping, validation, and roadmap communication.
-
Add structure without introducing bureaucracy.
-
Strengthen product culture through clarity, rigor, and first-principles thinking.
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Emphasized)
Candidates who meet these qualifications will be prioritized for interviews:
-
4+ years of customer-facing B2B Product Management experience
-
Experience in highly regulated domains (healthtech, fintech, legaltech strongly preferred)
-
Proven track record in startup environments, ideally early-stage through growth phases
-
Demonstrated ability to ship products where operational reliability is critical
-
Strong UX instincts; able to independently produce user flows and prototypes
-
Fluent in prototyping tools such as Figma or Make
-
Ability to bring order to ambiguity; high ownership, operational speed, and decisive execution
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication, especially in structured product documentation
-
Demonstrated ability to turn messy inputs into clear plans, owners, and outcomes
What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days
-
Built trust with engineering, customer success, and hospital partners
-
Transformed ambiguous insights into structured product direction
-
Delivered crisp PRDs & prototypes that increase engineering clarity and velocity
-
Shipped a meaningful user-facing feature end-to-end: discovery spec build adoption
-
Developed an initial roadmap aligned with enterprise partner needs and engineering capacity
Why This Role Stands Out

You will serve as the first product hire, shaping the foundation of product culture and direction.
-
Direct access to hospital partners your work impacts real-world clinical and operational outcomes.
-
Opportunity to influence both workflow UX and platform architecture.
-
High-growth trajectory, high visibility, and meaningful ownership.
