HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting six seasoned, highly skilled Business Development Representatives on behalf of a valued client partner in the legal tech startup sector. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these Business Development Representative opportunities.
We are seeking disciplined, coachable, and career-driven outbound sales professionals who know how to build pipeline through structured prospecting. These hires will play a foundational role in revenue growth while developing toward future Account Executive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound phone, email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel prospecting campaigns
- Research target accounts to understand business structure, workflows, pain points, and buying triggers
- Conduct discovery conversations to qualify needs, timeline, budget, stakeholders, and fit
- Partner closely with Account Executives to support pipeline progression and territory strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM data, activity logging, and pipeline hygiene
- Build strategic prospect lists using tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Consistently hit outreach, meeting-setting, and pipeline creation goals
- Refine messaging through testing, feedback loops, and market learning
- Learn deal progression and closing strategy as part of long-term sales career development
Required Qualifications (Highly Important)
- 1–2+ years of outbound BDR / SDR experience in B2B SaaS, software, or technology sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota, meetings booked, or pipeline generation targets
- Strong phone presence with confidence initiating cold outreach and live prospect conversations
- Experience in high-volume outbound environments (60–80+ dials daily)
- Structured, repeatable outbound process with strong prospecting fundamentals
- Ability to clearly explain prior KPIs, metrics, and sales performance results
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar
- High urgency, strong work ethic, and desire to grow into long-term sales career path
- Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued)
- Background in legal tech, fintech, compliance tech, or HR tech
- High-growth startup or early-stage company experience
- Experience selling into longer or more complex sales cycles
- Strong discovery skills with ability to uncover pain points quickly
- Experience partnering closely with AEs in team-selling environments
- Competitive background in athletics, entrepreneurship, or performance-driven environments
- Strong written messaging skills for outbound email sequences

- Job hopping every 6–12 months without clear rationale
- Lack of transparency regarding metrics or prior performance
- Insurance or logistics sales backgrounds without relevant SaaS / tech transition evidence
- No outbound cold prospecting experience
- Weak phone presence or inability to run discovery conversations
- Need for visa sponsorship (not available)

HireNow Package
- Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000
- On-Target Earnings: $85,000 – $100,000+
- Additional Compensation: Equity + benefits package
