Node.js Developer (Junior/Junior+)

We're looking for a motivated Junior Node.js Developer eager to grow, learn, and contribute to a real-world AdTech product from day one.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Assist in building and maintaining server-side features under senior guidance
• Learn to work with real-world architecture in a growing AdTech product
• Contribute to new feature development and bug fixing
• Participate in team code reviews and technical discussions
• Grow your skills rapidly in a hands-on, supportive environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Writing clean, working code under the guidance of senior developers
• Supporting server-side logic and fixing bugs
• Participating in feature development with structured tasks
• Learning and applying best practices in architecture and security
• Writing basic documentation for developed functionality

HARD SKILLS

• Basic commercial or strong pet-project experience with Node.js
• Foundational knowledge of SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of REST API concepts
• Basic knowledge of Git (branching, commits, pull requests)
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming fundamentals
• Pre-Intermediate English (B1) or higher

SOFT SKILLS

• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Stress tolerance and adaptability
• Good time management
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Desire for continuous self-improvement

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
• Basic Docker knowledge
• Any experience with testing (Jest or similar)
• Exposure to a Linux/Unix environment
• Pet projects or open-source contributions
