Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell automotive parts, car accessories, and related products to distributors, retailers, workshops, dealerships, and end customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on customer inquiries and sales orders.
- Provide product recommendations and technical information to customers regarding automotive parts and accessories.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory availability.
- Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market demand to support business growth strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, product launches, promotional activities, and customer visits to expand market presence.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account development plans for management review.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in automotive parts, car accessories, lubricants, tyres, batteries, or related automotive products.
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, aftermarket parts, and industry distribution channels.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
- Experience dealing with workshops, distributors, retailers, or automotive dealerships is an added advantage.
