Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote injection molding machines and related automation solutions.
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the plastics, automotive, electronics, packaging, medical, and consumer goods industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer visits, technical discussions, quotation preparation, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Provide professional technical consultation and recommend suitable machine specifications based on customer production requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, service, and application teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market updates for management review.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events to enhance company branding and market presence.
- Support after-sales communication and assist customers in resolving technical or commercial issues when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in injection molding machines or plastic processing equipment.
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes, molds, auxiliary equipment, and manufacturing operations.
- Proven track record in B2B industrial equipment sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer accounts and sales projects.
- Experience in overseas markets or regional sales exposure is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and business development activities.
