Job Descriptions
  • Front Desk Management
    • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and candidates
    • Maintain a professional front desk presence
  • Communication Handling
    • Manage incoming phone calls and emails
    • Direct inquiries to the correct departments or personnel
  • Visitor & Security Control
    • Manage visitor registration and sign-in procedures
    • Ensure guests comply with site safety and security requirements
  • Administrative Support
    • Filing, scanning, data entry, and documentation
    • Prepare routine reports for management
    • Support clerical and coordination tasks
  • Office Maintenance
    • Keep reception and meeting rooms tidy and organized
    • Ensure office supplies and materials are stocked
  • Ad-Hoc Duties
    • Support departments with meeting room bookings
    • Coordinate office supply orders and administrative requests
Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma preferred, field in Business Administration / Secretarial Studies / Related administrative fields
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage
  • Proficient in:
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and customer service attitude
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask in a dynamic office/manufacturing environment
Location: Senai, Johor
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM)
Salary Range: RM3,000 - 5,000
