Company Background

A semiconductor materials provider relocated from Taiwan, headquartered in Singapore, specializing in high-quality packaging materials, including solder spheres and solder paste, supporting advanced chip packaging and global semiconductor assembly operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the QA team.
• Review quality defects, non-conformance reports, and Corrective Action Requests (CAR).
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments.
• Conduct SOP compliance audits and monitor adherence to quality procedures and work instructions.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to QA Inspectors and team members.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate quality concerns to management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior or management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership or team supervision experience.
• Knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and problem-solving tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with counterparts in Taiwan and China.

Location: Senai, Johor

Salary Range: Up to RM5.5k
