Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations across PCB, PCBA, and SMT manufacturing lines.
• Lead and manage SMT production, such as: solder paste printing, pick-and-place, and reflow processes.
• Manage PCB and PCBA assembly processes.
• Develop and implement production planning and scheduling to meet output targets and customer demand.
• Monitor and improve KPI.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma) to reduce defects, minimize downtime, and optimize production efficiency.
• Lead NPI projects, ensuring smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
• Lead and monitor cross team collaboration.
• Oversee material planning and inventory control.
• Ensure proper machine maintenance and troubleshooting, minimizing equipment downtime.
• Implement and maintain ESD control, IPC standards, and QMS (if have) within production.
• Manage, train, and develop production teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations within the production environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Over 7 years of experience within EMS manufacturing, with strong exposure to PCB, PCB-A, and SMT processes.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume production environments.
• Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, PCB assembly processes, and electronics manufacturing standards.
• Able to lead over 1500+ of production team members.

Location: Senai, Johor

Salary Range: Up to RM20k
