Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across Sales, Warehouse, Logistics/Transportation, and Purchasing departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Manage operational challenges within the cold chain and food wholesale industry, including handling emergencies and unexpected situations effectively.
  • Lead, coach, and manage teams to ensure company policies, procedures, and performance standards are consistently executed.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements to achieve business targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational regulations.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or multi-department leadership.
  • Experience in food wholesale, cold chain, or logistics industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, execution, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, decisive, and effective under pressure.
  • Strong team player with a growth mindset and willingness to develop within the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data management and operational tracking.


Location: Taman Perniagaan Setia

Salary Range: RM6k - RM10k
