A semiconductor materials provider relocated from Taiwan, headquartered in Singapore, specializing in high-quality packaging materials, including solder spheres and solder paste, supporting advanced chip packaging and global semiconductor assembly operations.
Job Descriptions:
- To ensure the effective operation of the company's environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system, and formulate and improve various rules and regulations
- Organize the formulation of safe operating procedures for each position/department, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
- Organize on-site investigations of safety accidents, safety hazards, identify causes, and implement improvement plans.
- Responsible in company regular inspections & monitoring on environment and occupational health and safety; controlling wastewater, exhaust gas, solid waste emissions, and noise pollution; and regularly commissioning qualified organizations to conduct monitoring.
- Responsible for fire safety management; organizing employees to conduct drills for various emergency plans, including fire drills, and continuous improvement.
- Update and publish rules & regulations related to EHS from time to time.
- Manage special equipment and maintain 5S/6S practice within workplace.
- Handling and reporting on government-related safety, fire protection, and environmental matters.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Possess qualifications as a safety, hazardous materials, and fire safety management; a registered safety engineer with "Green Book" holder is
preferred. - Proficient in office software such as MS Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook.
- Familiar with local / national laws and regulations related to protection, work safety, and occupational health.
- Familiar with ISO140001 and ISO45001 management systems.
- At least 2 years experience in semiconductor/manufacturing's environmental/safety & health management.
