Company Background:
Our client is a Malaysia-based technology company specializing in data center infrastructure solutions, including UPS systems, power converters, and micro data centers that ensure stable power supply and efficient IT operations.
Job Description (JD):
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate salary calculation and timely payment to employees.
- Handle statutory submissions and ensure compliance with government regulations, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, overtime claims, and maintain HR records.
- Prepare and update employee documentation, reports, and personnel files.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related matters and employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Job Requirements (JR):
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR working experience.
- Familiar with payroll processing, attendance management, and statutory submissions.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR practices will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
