Quality Project Manager | Ulu Tiram

Company Background:

Our client is a well-established technology manufacturer specializing in magnetic solutions and injection molding products. The company offers end-to-end services from design and R&D to mass production, supporting global customers through integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

Job Descriptions:

1. Proficient in English; lead the companys Quality department in external quality communication with customers.

2. Familiar with quality tools such as the seven basic quality tools, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.

3. Strong ability to work under pressure; lead the Quality NPI team, responsible for quality validation during new product introduction and tracking project development progress.

4. Review quality data analysis reports; communicate and review NPI product quality status with customers; complete quality control plans and handle quality abnormality communication and resolution.

5. Possess certain management capabilities; coordinate quality work within the department and its interface with other departments.

6. All documents and materials involved in the work are subject to confidentiality obligations.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelors degree or above.

2. Training/Major: English or science and engineering–related disciplines.

3. Knowledge & Skills: Familiar with product quality control; capable of preparing product standards and documents (MTD / Q-Plan / PMP / FMEA / SOP / SIP / 8D / 5C); have a certain understanding of the production processes of mechanical products.

4. Work Experience: At least 3 years of project management experience in new product development.

5. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CAD, JMP, and Photoshop.

6. Language Ability: CET-4; fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

7. Required Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, organizational and coordination skills, as well as analytical and decision-making abilities.

8. General Conditions: No restrictions on gender, age, or marital status.

9. Experience in training on system standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, QC080000, and intellectual property systems.

Salary Range: RM15k – RM20k
