PMC Engineer | Ulu Tiram

Our client is a well-established technology manufacturer specializing in magnetic solutions and injection molding products. The company offers end-to-end services from design and R&D to mass production, supporting global customers through integrated manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders to meet delivery requirements. 
• Perform capacity and load analysis to ensure production plans are feasible and aligned with available resources. 
• Manage production orders and outsourced manufacturing orders. 
• Plan and control material requirements to support production schedules. 
• Coordinate and follow up on sales orders and shipment schedules. 
• Monitor production progress, identify abnormalities, and implement corrective and improvement actions. 
• Control inventory levels, optimize stock structure, reduce obsolete and scrap materials, and improve inventory turnover. 
• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external suppliers/customers. 
• Perform data analysis to support planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or PMC-related roles. 
• Strong knowledge of production planning, material requirement planning (MRP), and production process control. 
• Proficient in ERP, MES, APS systems, and Excel / PowerPoint. 
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as need to liaise with Mandarin speaker clients)  
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and execution skills with a strong sense of responsibility. 
• Experience or training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, QC080000, and Intellectual Property management systems is an advantage.

Salary Range: RM6k - RM10k
