Job Responsibilities
- Develop inspection plans and measurement programs based on inspection drawings; analyze abnormal measurement data and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform daily calibration of measurement equipment (internal and external), maintain records, handle abnormalities, and carry out equipment maintenance.
- Organize and support equipment acceptance, validation, and stability analysis.
- Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) for measurement equipment and conduct related training.
- Plan and execute measurement system analysis, including repeatability, correlation, and GR&R studies.
- Track, monitor, and document DoE measurement activities during project validation.
- Handle customer technical complaints related to measurement issues and provide effective solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Engineering, Science, or other related technical disciplines.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as need to liaise with Mandarin speaker clients)
Experience working in a testing / inspection / measurement center is preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
Able to understand and apply 3D measurement concepts and software.
