Site Supervisor | Ulu Tiram

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in workshop management by organizing, coordinating, and supervising all workshop activities to achieve production plans and ensure safety.
• Implement production according to PMC schedules; arrange workflow of on-site employees efficiently to meet production targets.
• Enforce company production management policies and SOPs; establish and maintain production lines, manage full process, record and report production data accurately, including electronic data entry.
• Conduct daily production meetings; monitor production, discipline, 6S, and safety; correct violations promptly and implement performance assessments according to daily employee evaluation standards; compile monthly summaries.
• Supervise workshop production management, monitor employee work quality and progress, solve on-site operational issues, handle emergencies, and escalate unresolved problems.
• Strictly follow safety operating procedures; conduct safety checks on production equipment.
• Manage raw materials, inventory, returns, labeling, and defective product handling.
• Oversee daily employee management using 4M1E (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) principles; analyze and implement to achieve production targets.
• Monitor and enforce 6S management standards, plan and implement visual management, and actively promote 6S compliance.
• Ensure smooth execution of shift handovers.
• Prioritize tasks effectively; execute work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Promote teamwork and guide workshop staff to collaborate effectively.
• Actively carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience preferred / internal promotion from workshop operations
• Basic proficiency in office software preferred / on-the-job training provided
• Fluent in Mandarin, and basic in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to work under pressure and handle tough tasks
• On-site leadership, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
