Process Engineer | Senai

Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Engineer to drive new product development from prototype to mass production. You will act as the key bridge between R&D and manufacturing, ensuring smooth technical transfer and production readiness.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage the full lifecycle of new products, including design evaluation, process planning, process development, prototype verification, small-batch trial production, issue resolution, and transfer to mass production. 
• Serve as the technical liaison between product developers and the factory, ensuring designs are manufacturable and meet quality standard.

Requirements: 

• Solid understanding of opto-mechanical module development and basic optical principles. 
• Experience with FVP lenses, AR/VR opto-mechanical module production, and final product assembly; familiar with industry standards, testing norms, and inspection procedures. 
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Pro-E; skilled in Microsoft Office. 
• Knowledge of fully automated assembly machines, lens annealing processes, and failure analysis for modules is preferred.

Working Location: Senai, Johor 

Working Hours: 5 days per week
