Data Centre NOC Engineer | Singapore

JD:

• Respond to and escalate incidents based on criticality, impact and SLA requirements
• Act as first-level incident responder and support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) exercises
• Provide 24x7 Data Centre operations support including remote hands services and customer request fulfilment
• Monitor Data Centre facilities infrastructure (UPS, power, temperature, humidity, EMS, access control, etc.)
• Coordinate maintenance, shutdowns, and technical issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage incident closure, root cause analysis, change requests and ensure SLA compliance
• Maintain documentation, reporting and ensure adherence to SOP, MOP, ERP and change control processes

JR:

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Computer & Communications Engineering, Information & Digital Technologies, or equivalent
• Alternatively, Technical certification (e.g. ITE) with minimum 5 years of relevant 24x7 Data Centre operations experience
• Basic knowledge of Data Centre electrical, mechanical and critical infrastructure systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask, work under pressure and perform shift duties (24x7 environment)
• Analytical, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team

Location: Jurong West, Kim Chuan 2

Shift role: 12 hours rotational shift

Salary Range: $3500 - $4500
