Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule product or equipment testing activities according to project timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain testing documentation, records, and reports accurately.
  • Support engineers and technicians by managing test samples, equipment calibration, and data entry.
  • Ensure proper filing and traceability of test results for internal and customer audits.
  • Communicate testing progress and results with relevant departments.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, document control, and report submission.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or testing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities; able to work well in a team.

Salary Range: RM3000 - RM5000
