Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and delivery activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of logistics schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and shipment status to minimize delays and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and update logistics-related reports and documentation.
  • Assist in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within the SCM department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative mindset.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm
Salary: Up to RM3500
