Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead the Production Planning & Control (PPC) team to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities.
  • Develop and monitor production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales) to align material availability, capacity planning, and order requirements.
  • Review and analyze production performance data, identifying potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Oversee inventory control, material requirement planning (MRP), and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning and control processes to enhance productivity and resource utilization.
  • Prepare and present reports on production progress, capacity utilization, and delivery performance to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain is required.
  • Prior supervisory or team-leading experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office applications.
  • Able to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm
Salary: Up to RM7000
