Company Background:
Our client is a Malaysia-based manufacturing company located in Johor, specializing in EMS and precision metal components. They provide wide range of integrated manufacturing solutions, including electronic & box-build assembly, aluminum die casting, precision machining, and mechanical component integration. They focus on delivering high-quality, reliable manufacturing services supported by established QMS. Through its capabilities in both electronics and mechanical manufacturing, the company supports customers from component production to final assembly.

Objective:
To coordinate and manage various program activities within the company. The role involves planning and overseeing project activities, facilitating team collaboration, implementing project plans, gathering necessary resources, and communicating effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Job Description:
1. Plan and attend collaboration meetings to ensure projects are progressing according to schedule.
2. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
3. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with assigned departments and project sites to ensure efficiency through regular communication, documentation tracking, and monitoring of project progress.
4. Monitor production plans and shipment commitments to customers to ensure on-time delivery.
5. Track and monitor daily revenue performance.
6. Organize, track, and submit necessary reports to customers when required.
7. Update and maintain internal databases or spreadsheets for assigned projects, including PO (Purchase Order) management.
8. Understand and manage engineering changes such as ECO (Engineering Change Order) and ECN (Engineering Change Notice).

Job Requirements:
1. Degree holder or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry.
3. Highly proficient in preparing and presenting business plans using tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Experience working effectively in an international, multicultural, and fast-paced business environment.
5. Preferable Mandarin speaker as need to liaise with Chinese customers.

Salary Range: Basic RM2200 - RM4200
