Assistant Manager, Operation

Job Summary:

Our client was established in 1999, headquartered in Shenzhen, China. It is a manufacturer specializing in electronic soldering equipment. Their business covers products such as: soldering stations, hot air rework stations, and DC power supplies, integrating research and development, production, sales, and technical services. It is positioned as a comprehensive provider of solutions for electronic manufacturing and repair.

They focuses on developing as a mid-range, cost-effective brand, making its products widely used in the DIY and electronics repair sectors. It also maintains a strong presence and solid market foundation in China and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative operations of the factory facilities and logistics, such as canteen, hostel, transportation, site security, and maintenance.
• Handle external affairs including stakeholder engagement, visitor management, and coordination with government authorities.
• Oversee fixed asset management and ensure proper control and documentation.
• Maintain factory discipline, order, and overall workplace environment.
• Supervise and managing workforce matters, including recruitment, performance evaluation, training, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and employee relations.
• Manage and coordinate internal meetings.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of company policies and operational procedures.
• Handle government-related matters, customs/clearance processes, and procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience; experience in factory setup or construction is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Location: Senai Eco Business Park

Salary Range: Up to RM8k
