Job Description:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, calls, and appointments
  • Expand client base via new enquiries, referrals, and marketing initiatives
  • Achieve sales targets for treatments and products through effective planning and execution
  • Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable treatments and home care product
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Monitor client progress, treatment results, and maintain proper records in CRM system
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and training sessions
  • Maintain professional image, grooming standards, and consultation environment

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; certification in Beauty/Aesthetics is an advantage
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in beauty, skincare, slimming, or retail sales
  • Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness industry
  • Sales-oriented with good track record in achieving targets
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build rapport and provide personalized customer service
  • Willing to learn and continuously improve product and treatment knowledge
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours
  • Pleasant personality with good grooming and professional appearance
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)

Salary Range: Basic RM2.5k - RM3k, plus commission can up to RM10k
