QA Leader | Senai

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead QA Inspectors.
• Plan, arrange, and manage QA work schedules, manpower allocation, and shift coverage to support production requirements.
• Monitor inspection results, identify quality trends, and escalate abnormal conditions promptly.
• Support production teams in resolving day-to-day quality issues.
• Review inspection records, reports, and documentation for accuracy and traceability.
• Support internal and external audits, customer audits, and follow-up actions.
• Enforce quality, safety, and housekeeping (5S) standards within the QA area.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience supervising or leading QA Inspectors or quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive customer-specific requirements.
• Hands-on experience with in-process, final, and incoming inspections.
• Familiarity with automotive quality tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to arrange work schedules and manage manpower effectively.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: Up to RM4.5k
