Machining Technician | Ulu Tiram

Job Responsibilities

• Comply with all company and workshop rules and regulations; wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). 
• Be familiar with production process requirements, process parameters, equipment performance, and standard operating procedures of the assigned position.
• Follow work arrangements assigned by the team leader; complete daily production tasks on time and according to quantity requirements.
• Perform self-inspection during the production process in accordance with regulations to ensure product quality; promptly report production status of current orders and any material shortages.
• Strengthen safety awareness and strictly comply with safety operating procedures to prevent personal injury and equipment-related accidents.
• Properly use tools, measuring instruments, and equipment; carry out daily maintenance of equipment and facilities. Maintain good 6S practices, including workplace organization and site management.
• Actively participate in training programs organized by the company, workshop, and team to continuously improve professional skills and personal competency.
• Complete other temporary tasks assigned by supervisors and report progress in time.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in operating various machining equipment (machine tools)
• Experience in processing materials such as copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and plastics
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Fluent in Mandarin and basic in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
