Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for formulating and optimizing die-casting production process parameters to ensure stable product quality and meet production efficiency standards.
- Analyze and solve process problems in the die-casting production process, and formulate effective improvement plans.
- Participate in the development and verification of die-casting processes for new products, and compile process documents and work instructions.
- Track the usage of die-casting raw materials, evaluate and feedback on the process performance of raw materials.
- Organize and carry out die-casting process training to improve the process skills of operators.
- Collect and sort out die-casting process data, and conduct process summaries and technical accumulation.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Materials Forming and Control Engineering, Metal Material Engineering and other related majors.
- More than 3 years of work experience related to die-casting processes, familiar with die-casting production processes and equipment performance. Those with work experience in large die-casting enterprises are preferred.
