Job Descriptions
- Develop, optimize, and improve machining processes for CNC production lines to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.
- Perform CNC machine tuning, parameter adjustment, and process optimization to improve cycle time, machining accuracy, and machine efficiency.

Create, modify, and maintain CNC programs for machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, and grinding processes.

Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, cutting conditions, machine parameters, dimensional accuracy, surface finishing, and machine performance.

Conduct process validation, trial runs, and first-piece inspection during new product introduction and process changes.

Collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Tooling teams to resolve technical and production-related issues.

Monitor and analyze process capability, machine utilization, scrap rates, and production efficiency.

Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives such as cycle time reduction, tooling optimization, and process automation.

Prepare process documentation including SOPs, setup sheets, control plans, PFMEA, work instructions, and process flow charts.

Support machine setup, tooling selection, fixture design, and production line improvement activities.

Liaise with overseas suppliers, technical teams, and headquarters regarding machine setup, process improvement, and technical support.

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations.

Participate in new equipment installation, machine commissioning, and process qualification activities.

Provide technical guidance and training to production operators and technicians.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in CNC machining and manufacturing process engineering.

Experience in automotive parts manufacturing or precision machining industry is preferred.

Strong hands-on experience in CNC tuning, CNC programming, and machining process optimization is compulsory.

Familiar with CNC machines such as CNC Turning, CNC Milling, Multi-axis machining, or Grinding machines.

Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or other CNC controller systems is an advantage.

Knowledge of GD&T, tooling selection, cutting parameters, and machining fundamentals.

Familiar with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and automotive quality systems is preferred.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities is an advantage.
- Able to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with China-based technical teams, suppliers, and headquarters.
