Job Responsibilities:
- Develop inspection plans and measurement programs based on inspection drawings; analyze abnormal measurement data and define corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform daily calibration of measurement equipment (internal and external), maintain calibration records, handle abnormalities, and carry out equipment maintenance; organize equipment acceptance, validation, and stability analysis.
- Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) for measurement equipment and conduct related training.
- Plan and conduct validation of inspection methods and measurement systems, including repeatability, correlation studies, and GR&R (Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility).
- Track, follow up, and document DoE (Design of Experiments) inspection and validation progress for various projects.
- Handle customer technical complaints and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read engineering drawings; knowledge of 3D measurement software is an advantage.
