Company Background

Our client specializes in the manufacture of high-precision machined components, precision sheet metal fabrication, and mechatronic assemblies for the semiconductor and industrial equipment industries. They provide precision engineering, OEM and contract manufacturing (CM) solutions to customers across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Job Descriptions

• Manage the project team.
• Prepare and oversee RFQs (Request for Quotation).
• Oversee all customers and ensure timely delivery schedules are met.
• Follow up on internal and external sales activities, including customer visits when required.
• Responsible for pre- and post-sales account management.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction to develop long-term relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities and customer connections.
• Gather and analyze market information, including competitor pricing and strategies.
• Develop and maintain standard costing to ensure product costing accuracy and project profitability.
• Implement and update departmental procedures and work instructions.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the sheet metal or machining industry, and must have superior experience within it.
• Experience in project management within manufacturing environment.
• Fluent proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, in order to have smooth conversation with clints and stakeholders.

Salary Range: Up to RM15k
