Job Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for the daily production management of the die-casting team, reasonably arrange production tasks to ensure the timely completion of production plans.
- Strictly implement production processes and operating procedures, supervise employees to operate in a standardized manner, and ensure product quality.
- Responsible for the attendance, performance appraisal and daily management of team members, coordinate the relationship between employees, and improve team cohesion.
- Do a good job in the daily maintenance, repair and inspection of production equipment, timely discover and handle equipment failures, and ensure the normal operation of equipment.
- Control material consumption in the production process, reduce production costs, and do a good job in production records and data statistical analysis.
- Organize employees to carry out safety training and emergency drills, implement the safety production responsibility system, and eliminate safety accidents.
Job Requirement:
- College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Materials and other related majors.
- More than 5 years of die-casting production experience and 3 years of die-casting team management experience, familiar with die-casting production processes and equipment operation, and have strong organizational coordination and problem-solving abilities.
