Job Description

• Conduct posture assessments and identify musculoskeletal imbalances and movement dysfunctions
• Explain posture conditions clearly using basic anatomy and biomechanics
• Perform posture correction treatments, joint mobilisation, and corrective exercises
• Design simple therapeutic exercise and stretching programs
• Provide ergonomic and posture advice for work, sports, and daily activities
• Assist clients with before/after posture photos and treatment explanations
• Support daily outlet operations, cleanliness, hygiene, and appointment scheduling
• Work closely with team members and attend training sessions

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Science, Rehabilitation, or related field
• Relevant clinical or posture-related experience is an advantage, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and musculoskeletal conditions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to perform hands-on treatment and support outlet operations
• Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Salary Range: RM 2,800 - 3,500
