Job Description:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role involves supervising production staff, monitoring workflow, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring production targets are achieved according to schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.

Monitor production output to meet quality and productivity targets.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Manage and guide production operators and technicians.

Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams.

Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records.
Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Able to manage teams and meet production targets under pressure.
