Job Description (JD) 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain process quality control plans for automation production lines 
  • Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency 
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) 
  • Work closely with Engineering, Production, and NPI teams to support new product introduction and process validation 
  • Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements 
  • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., yield, scrap reduction) 
  • Establish and maintain quality documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and FMEA 
  • Support customer quality issues, including investigation, reporting, and closure 
  • Drive implementation of quality tools such as SPC, Six Sigma, 8D, and Lean methodologies 
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant quality management systems 

Job Requirements (JR) 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing or related field) 
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in process quality within automation / manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of process control, quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, RCA) 
  • Experience in automation equipment, assembly processes, or precision manufacturing is an added advantage 
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems Good analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and process flow Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis is a must) Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies is preferred 
  • Mandarin speaker is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
