Job Description:

HR Functions:

  • Oversee recruitment, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage employee records, maintain attendance, and handle leave applications.
  • Administer payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF).

  • Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.

  • Support performance management, training, and development activities.

Administration Functions:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and contribute to process improvements.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and maintain office filing systems.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR and administration roles.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of HR policies and local labor laws.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.


Salary Range: RM5000 - RM8000
