Job Description:
HR Functions:
- Oversee recruitment, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee records, maintain attendance, and handle leave applications.

Administer payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF).

Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.

Support performance management, training, and development activities.
Administration Functions:
Handle day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and contribute to process improvements.

Organize company events, meetings, and maintain office filing systems.
Requirements:

Proven experience in HR and administration roles.

Salary Range: RM5000 - RM8000
