Company Background:

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Organization & Management: Maintain and archive technical documents, contracts, drawings, and test reports. Ensure accuracy and timely submission in coordination with project document controllers (DC).
- Document Preparation: Assist engineers in preparing technical and business-related documents, including bid proposals, PPRs, test scripts, and service introduction materials.
- Client Communication: Support engineers in liaising with clients, documenting requirements, and reporting key feedback to management.
- Translation Support: Provide on-site language translation assistance for engineers during client interactions.
- Test Equipment Management: Maintain an inventory of testing equipment, oversee warehouse stock-in/out records, and manage annual calibration.
- Technical Support: Assist with on-site data center testing operations and provide necessary support.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle urgent department matters and support colleagues in cross-functional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Business, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of work experience are welcome.
- Proficient in office software, including Excel, Word, PPT, and AI.
- Experience as a document controller in M&E installation projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay is preferred.
- Must be willing to work at a construction site office.
Salary Range: RM3000 - RM5000
