Our client company located in Senai, Johor, is a leading company in the transportation industry, specializing in building bus bodies for both conventional and electric vehicles. They serve a variety of public transit systems, from urban to regional services. They are focused on innovation and sustainability, aiming to improve public transportation for a cleaner, greener future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design projects from concept to final production, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with client objectives
• Design and produce various marketing materials, including but not limited to print and digital ads, brochures, packaging, and social media graphics
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and effectively communicate the client's message
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, ensuring their growth and development within the team
• Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) is required for business communication. 
• Proven experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficient in 3ds Max, Vray, or equivalent software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Salary Range: MYR 4,000 - 5,000
