Key Responsibilities:
- Design, prototype, and develop text-based applications for PCB testing and validation.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to create and implement SMT and PCB solutions for new products.
- Perform assembly and troubleshooting on PCB-A for surface-mount and through-hole technologies.
- Conduct and oversee ICT to ensure components and circuits on PCB assemblies meet performance and quality specifications.
- Perform FCT to validate the functionality of the finished product and ensure it meets design and operational requirements.
- Analyze test results, identify faults, and implement solutions to correct issues in both hardware and software components.
- Work closely with production and R&D teams to improve product designs, ensuring smooth integration and performance.
- Document and maintain test plans, procedures, and results for future reference and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical support for the manufacturing process and guide the production team on optimal practices for PCB assembly.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and contribute to the development of automation in testing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in SMT, PCB design, and PCB-A development and testing.
- Hands-on experience with ICT (In-Circuit Testing) and FCT (Functional Testing) processes.
- Strong understanding of PCB design tools and testing equipment.
- Solid knowledge of soldering techniques, assembly processes, and component placement in SMT.
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting electrical circuits, both at the component level and in full PCB assemblies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
- Good communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
