Job Description:

• Manage daily activities of the technician team to ensure smooth operations.

• Oversee the maintenance schedule and ensure timely repairs of machinery.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to junior technicians.

• Monitor equipment performance and suggest preventive maintenance strategies.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety briefings.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare part usage.

• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to reduce downtime.

• Evaluate technician performance and recommend training where necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment.

• Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin, as the role involves dealing with Chinese speaking clients.

Salary Range: RM5k - RM9k
