This plant will focus on electromechanical assembly and advanced material fabrication for semiconductor equipment, designed to meet customer needs while also expanding the company's global business.

Job Decription:
This position is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines such as Mazak and precision engraving machines to carry out mechanical processing tasks. The role requires working in a three-shift system with a 12-hour workday. The operator must be proficient in machine operation, quality control, and ensuring efficient production while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines (e.g., Mazak, precision engraving machines) to perform machining tasks based on production requirements.
  • Set up and calibrate machines for specific production tasks, ensuring proper operation.
  • Monitor machine performance and production quality, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide machining processes.
  • Ensure all parts are produced with high precision and meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions or issues during operation.
  • Adhere to the 12-hour shift schedule, working in a three-shift system.
  • Maintain accurate records of machine usage, maintenance, and production output.
  • Follow safety procedures and report any safety concerns to management.
  • Participate in ongoing training, including a 3-month training period in China, to improve technical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in mechanical machining or a related manufacturing field.
  • Familiarity with CNC machine operations (e.g., Mazak, precision engraving machines).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a 12-hour shift, three-shift system.
  • Willingness to undergo a 3-month training period in China.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety standards.
  • Proficiency in English is required for communication.
